Profile: I have been practicing the art of Tai Chi since 2008, when I joined a class with my mum. I found it a great way to improve both our physical health. It helped me to relax, and calm the busy mind whilst running my own business. After training and gaining my teaching certificate in 2019 with a different association, I joined Howard Gibbon’s East West Taoist Association in January 2024.

I attained the EWTA Teaching Certificate in the Summer of 2024, and a Master Grade Black Jacket in March 2025. Howard is a highly accomplished Master Teacher whose teachings are passed down to all his students, which makes training fun and has helped me improve my Tai Chi both for myself and my students. His courses are so welcoming and very informative.
