My first ever Tai Chi lesson was in November 2021 and I was hooked from the start. I can honestly say that the Lee Family Style Tai Chi Ch’uan has changed my life. So much so that I undertook the comprehensive East West Taoist Association Teacher Training course and qualified in August 2023. I am now looking forward to sharing my passion for these wonderful Chinese Arts and my new found knowledge and skills with others. I hope you will join me on this continuing journey of self discovery, inner harmony and greater happiness.
Classes include a warm up, Kai Men and Dao Yin breathing and stretching exercises, the Tai Chi Short and Long Forms and the Tai Chi Dance. All abilities welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and flat flexible shoes.
The sessions are run in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We relax and gain strength and flexibility. Tai Chi helps us with many aspects of our lives, and makes us happy!
