“Hello, I’m Dorothy and I began my journey of learning about, practicing and benefiting from the art of T’ai Chi 13 years ago in March 2006 aged 50.  And I’ve never looked back. Much appreciation and thanks to my Instructor Sue and our Grand Master Howard. T’ai Chi has helped me to become more mindful of improving my health through correct breathing and posture, meditation and improved balance and flexibility. I no longer suffer voice loss which my health was dogged with for many years previously. T’ai Chi teaches you inner calm and peace, both paramount to well being and longevity.  I gained my Master Grade in November 2018 aged 62 and I hope to share my experience with you.  I look forward to meeting you in September.”
