Acheived his 2nd Tengchi award in 2022 after introducing some of his own students to the teacher training provided by The East West Taoist Association and practicing and teaching the Lee Family Arts for a number of years himself. Les brings joy and enthusiasm to his sessions which are very popular!
Caroline Arnold
I came to Tai Chi from a health and Sports Therapy background and was delighted to achive my East West Taoist Lee Family Style Tai Chi teaching qualification in 2023. I love sharing the health and calming benefits of Lee Family Style Tai Chi. Come and join us!
Classes include a warm up, Kai Men and Dao Yin breathing and stretching exercises, the Lee family Tai Chi Forms and the Lee family Tai Chi Silk. Please wear comfortable clothes and flat flexible shoes.
