Moving around a lot for education and work, I tried various Tai Chi families until I found the Lee Style and the East West Taoist Association with whom I trained as a teacher in 2004 and from whom I continue to get further training and support and friendship. Having tried various forms in the past, I can fully recommend this style and the training and support from EWTA.

Classes include a warm up, Kai Men and Dao Yin breathing and stretching exercises, the Tai Chi Short and Long Forms and the Tai Chi Dance. All abilities welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and flat flexible shoes.The group size is small and the sessions are run in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We relax and gain strength and flexibility. Tai Chi helps us with many aspects of our lives, and makes us happy!
